Protein Pancakes

1/4 cup of nonfat milk
1 drop of vanilla extract
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup of old fashioned oats
1 egg
1/2 banana
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Makes exactly 1 1/2 cups of batter

-Heat pan or griddle to low-medium heat
-Spray with non stick cooking spray
-Combine all the ingredients and blend
-Pour into the pan and cook each side for about 2-3 minutes
-Lastly, top with favorite ingredients: peanut butter, fruit (berries), cottage cheese, syrup, honey, Nutella, cream cheese, raspberry preserves...

My favorite is nonfat cottage cheese with strawberries on top!
