Blend these ingredients in a blender:
1cup of water
1cup of spinach
1 tablespoon of pine nuts
1/2 a tablespoon of raw honey
1/4 cup of oats
1 scoopful of 100% (vanilla) whey protein
1/2 a cup of fresh strawberries
1/2 a banana
Cinnamon, about 1tsp
This smoothie = deliciousness!!
