Tuesdays Meals

These are meals 4 and 5:
Tuna with black beans & bown rice
and Egg Whites, Avocado, & Spinach.
I also had 1/2 a small pizza from Trader Joes (portobello mushroom and garlic) for my last meal. Meal # 6 which was 250 calories and 10g of protein with 3g of saturated fat.
