Love my green smoothies

I absolutely love my green smoothies!
This is a perfect post workout smoothie

6 oz of water
1 scoop of 100% whey protein (chocolate flavored protein)
1 cup of spinach
1/2 cup of Greek nonfat yogurt
1 cup of frozen pineapples


P.s I only did 20 minutes on the stair master today.. Fail.. Although something is better than nothing!!
